Chakra Series
Join us for a transformative 6-week chakra yoga series designed to explore and balance the seven energy centers of the body. Each week, we will focus on a different chakra, incorporating specific yoga postures, breathing techniques, and guided meditations to help you unlock and harmonize your energy, fostering a deeper connection to your physical, emotional, and spiritual self.
Week 1: Root Chakra (grounding, stability, survival)
Week 2: Sacral Chakra (creativity, fluidity, emotional balance)
Week 3: Solar Plexus Chakra (personal power, confidence, self/esteem)
Week 4: Heart Chakra (love, compassion, forgiveness)
Week 5: Throat Chakra (communication, expression)
Week 6: Third Eye & Crown Chakra (intuition, consciousness, spiritual connection)
Duration: Each class will last 60-75 minutes.
Components:
Warm-Up: Gentle stretches to prepare the body.
Asana Practice: Focused postures to stimulate the specific chakra.
Breathwork: Techniques to enhance energy flow and awareness.
Guided Meditation: Visualization and mindfulness practices to deepen the experience.
Closing: Reflection and sharing insights from the practice.
