Yoga Flow is an intermediate class, linking movement with breath. Students will begin with meditation and breathing techniques to become centered and present, followed by a creative sequence of beginner to intermediate postures.

This restorative yoga class focuses on relaxation and stress relief through gentle, passive stretching and supported poses. Utilizing props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, the class aims to create a serene environment where participants can unwind and rejuvenate. Poses are typically held for several minutes, allowing the body to release tension and the mind to enter a meditative state. This class is suitable for all levels, promoting deep relaxation, improved flexibility, and a sense of overall well-being.

This warm yoga class is designed to create a comfortable and inviting environment that enhances your yoga practice. The studio is heated to a mild temperature, typically between 80-90°F (27-32°C), allowing muscles to loosen and stretch more easily, reducing the risk of injury and promoting deeper, more effective postures.
As you enter the warm, softly lit studio, you are greeted by a serene atmosphere infused with calming scents, such as lavender or eucalyptus, to help you unwind. The gentle warmth envelops you, encouraging relaxation and preparing your body for practice.
The class begins with a series of grounding breaths and gentle stretches, allowing you to acclimate to the warmth. Throughout the session, the instructor guides you through a balanced sequence of poses, emphasizing alignment, breath control, and mindfulness. The heat helps to increase blood flow, improve flexibility, and detoxify the body through sweat.
The pace of the class is steady and deliberate, catering to all levels of experience. Modifications and variations are offered to ensure everyone can participate comfortably and safely. As you move through each pose, the warmth supports deeper stretching and a greater release of tension.
The class concludes with a calming cool-down period and a guided relaxation or meditation, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and balanced. A warm yoga class at Hometown Yoga Studio is a perfect way to enhance your practice, promote overall well-being, and find inner peace.

This 17-hour restorative yoga program is designed for yoga teachers and dedicated students who want to understand rest on a deeper level — whether to share it with others or to nourish their own practice.
Restorative Yoga uses intentional support, quiet pacing, and nervous-system awareness to create conditions where the body can unwind and replenish. Over the course of the weekend, participants explore the foundations of restorative practice, the science of relaxation, and hands-on techniques for setting up supported postures so they feel safe, accessible, and deeply therapeutic.
We’ll work with props, sequencing, trauma-aware cueing, breath and meditation integration, and practical adaptations for common needs such as anxiety, fatigue, low-back discomfort, and stress. You’ll experience the practices in your own body, reflect on the role of rest in your life, and—if you’re a teacher—learn how to skillfully guide others into this work.
Participants will have opportunities to practice teaching (optional for students who are not instructors), receive supportive coaching, and leave with ready-to-use tools. Because this course is led by a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, teachers earn 17 CE hours recognized by Yoga Alliance, and all participants receive a certificate of completion.
This training is nurturing, grounded, and practical — ideal for teachers expanding their offerings and students who want to cultivate a more restorative, sustainable relationship with their practice.

This is not a rushed workshop. It’s a spacious, intentional weekend to slow down, learn deeply, and reconnect — both personally and professionally.

Sink into deep rest as waves of soothing sound wash over you. A Sound Bath is a meditative experience where crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments are played to gently calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and release built-up tension in the body.
You’ll simply lie down (or sit comfortably), breathe, and allow the vibrations to guide you into a state of relaxation and energetic balance. Many participants describe feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply restored afterward.
No prior experience is needed — just bring yourself, a mat, and anything that helps you feel cozy (blanket, pillow, eye mask). This practice is perfect for stress relief, emotional reset, and nourishing the body’s natural capacity to heal.
Come unwind, receive, and let sound do the work.
