Join guest instructor Amanda Parr for a specialty fusion of Yin Yoga and Myofascial Release, utilizing massage balls, therapeutic stretches, breathwork, and meditation. Session will include both theoretical discussion and practical application of evidence-based techniques that restore health to the fascia and subtle energetic systems. After class, Amanda will be sharing information about her retreats on the Caribbean islands of Nevis and Bonaire.
