Restorative Yoga

This restorative yoga class focuses on relaxation and stress relief through gentle, passive stretching and supported poses. Utilizing props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, the class aims to create a serene environment where participants can unwind and rejuvenate. Poses are typically held for several minutes, allowing the body to release tension and the mind to enter a meditative state. This class is suitable for all levels, promoting deep relaxation, improved flexibility, and a sense of overall well-being.
