Therapeutic Yoga

Join us for a rejuvenating Hatha Yoga class, designed to balance the mind and body through gentle movements, breathwork, and relaxation. This class focuses on holding postures (asanas) with mindfulness, improving strength, flexibility, and alignment while encouraging deep, intentional breathing.

Perfect for all levels, whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi looking to slow down and refine your practice. Expect a calm, meditative pace, allowing time to connect with each posture and cultivate inner awareness.

Each session includes:
✔️ Gentle warm-up stretches
✔️ A series of foundational yoga poses
✔️ Breathing techniques (pranayama) to enhance relaxation
✔️ A soothing final relaxation (savasana) to restore balance
