Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice, also called yogic sleep. Translated from Sanskrit as "yogic sleep," is a relaxation technique rooted in ancient yoga traditions. It involves lying in a comfortable position and following a guided meditation that induces deep relaxation, similar to sleep but with conscious awareness.
