Warm Yoga Flow

This warm yoga class is designed to create a comfortable and inviting environment that enhances your yoga practice. The studio is heated to a mild temperature, typically between 80-90°F (27-32°C), allowing muscles to loosen and stretch more easily, reducing the risk of injury and promoting deeper, more effective postures.

As you enter the warm, softly lit studio, you are greeted by a serene atmosphere infused with calming scents, such as lavender or eucalyptus, to help you unwind. The gentle warmth envelops you, encouraging relaxation and preparing your body for practice.

The class begins with a series of grounding breaths and gentle stretches, allowing you to acclimate to the warmth. Throughout the session, the instructor guides you through a balanced sequence of poses, emphasizing alignment, breath control, and mindfulness. The heat helps to increase blood flow, improve flexibility, and detoxify the body through sweat.
