Winter YIN & Sound Journey

Join Ashely and Samantha from Sacred Liberation Retreats for a restful and nurturing 2-hour YIN Yoga and Sound Journey.

In this class, you can expect passive stretches with long holds supported by props, gentle movement, and guided breath work. After the yin portion, settle in for a restful savasana with sound, where you will hear a symphony of sound-healing instruments, including a gong, handspan, and crystal singing bowls.
