Embark on your yoga journey in this 6 week series! This series will focus on foundational poses, proper alignment, and breathing techniques, gradually progressing through different body positions while prioritizing accessibility and modifications for diverse needs. Each class meets one day per week. Students will learn the fundamentals of the yoga practice, enabling them to confidently take any yoga class on our schedule.
This is series is perfect for those new to yoga as well as those that have been practicing for a while but desire to dive a bit deeper into the foundational aspects of this ancient practice.
Series will take place on Saturday mornings, at 9:30am for 6 weeks.
Each class duration will be 60-75 minutes.
