Sunday Reset is a gentle, restorative practice that is suitable for all athletic abilities. You can expect a gentle flow to prep the body for passive stretching techniques with the help of props.

The class intention is to allow space to calm the body, bring clarity to the mind and get you into a peaceful, serene state of mind.
